To all the riders and crew of Ride 15:
There is no way to fully express just how grateful we are to have braved the damp weather to ride and crew, and cheer with you again. We – the 244 riders and 220 crew members of Ride 15 – raised over $400,000 to support four incredible HIV/AIDS organizations this year. From cheering, to making homemade goodies, to cleaning debris and sand off the road, and assisting riders on route, the crew supplied the warmth and sunshine that Mother Nature denied us on Saturday. And though our riders had
a few bumps and spills along the way, by the time closing ceremonies began, everyone was warm, dry, and in Provincetown together.
For whatever reason you chose to be with us on ride weekend, know that Ride 15 would not have been the same without you. We began this journey together 15 years ago to raise money and awareness for those infected with and impacted by HIV/AIDS, and we’ll continue until there is a cure. I am so proud to say that as of today, we have raised more than 5.2 million dollars for our beneficiaries since 2003. Harbor to the Bay only happens because of YOU, our dedicated riders and crew. Every one of you goes above and beyond to make our community and world a better place, and it is an honor to cycle and volunteer beside you year after year.
If you have friends or family who have not yet donated, please let them know there still is time to give to Harbor to the Bay this year. The last day for online donations is November 10th, but we will accept cash and check donations through November 15th.
Thank you again for all you do, and we can’t wait to ride and crew with you again next year. Save the date for Ride 16 on September 15th, 2018!
All our best,
Jim Morgrage and the Harbor to the Bay Planning Committee and Board
