Weather is looking nice for the ride tomorrow and I am ready!! Thanks for all the support…makes it extra special to know i am doing this for a very worthy cause and many friends and family helped financially. Thanks all!!…
On Saturday, September 20th I will be riding 64+ miles from the Sagamore Bridge to Provincetown in the Harbor to the Bay charity bike ride! This will be my second annual ride for this cause and many of you generously supported me last year...thank you!! I've been training all summer for ride day, and am really looking forward to the challenge and the opportunity to participate in such a meaningful event.
I’m riding for Fenway Health, a local nonprofit and community health center that stands as one of the oldest and largest providers of HIV/AIDS care in New England. Fenway approaches the problem from all angles, including community outreach, patient education, walk-in testing, medical care, behavioral health, pharmacy, and cutting-edge research. As a renowned leader in HIV/AIDS care, this summer, members of their medical and research teams are traveling to Australia to present at the International AIDS Conference. They are constantly setting new industry standards for best practices, improving care for their 1,800+ patients living with HIV.
My goal is to raise $1,000 for Fenway Health, and I hope you willjoin me in supporting this incredible organization! Because Harbor to the Bay is an all-volunteer nonprofit, 100% of your donation will support the many patients who depend on Fenway for quality health care, medications, and support services. You can make a donation online by http://www.harbortothebay.org/profile/Sdvandersall.
Thank you for you consideration and support!
