The Cardinal Sins are the cycling team of Dignity/Boston - progressive/inclusive GLBT Catholics, families & friends
The Cardinal Sins are the cycling team of Dignity/Boston, a progressive and inclusive community of GLBT Catholics, our families, friends, and allies. Since the mid-90's, members of the Cardinal Sins cycling team have raised funds for education, support, medications, drug/vaccine research and prevention in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Cardinal Sins riders have cycled thousands of miles through New England, Canada, New York, California, and Alaska to help remind everyone that the battle against HIV/AIDS is not over.
This year our dedicated cyclists and crew members will participate again in the Harbor to the Bay Ride - a one day, 125 mile ride from Boston to Provincetown to help raise funds and awareness on behalf of 4 very deserving Massachusetts-based AIDS-related charities. Harbor to the Bay is a grass roots initiative, and is solely run by volunteers!
We know that you are all bombarded with requests like this everyday. We are asking you as a friend and a member of our community to support the efforts of the Cardinal Sins with whatever you can afford. 100% of the money raised by Harbor to the Bay Teams, like ours, goes directly to the agencies that provide quality health care, medications, support, as well as HIV/AIDS prevention education.
By donating to the Cardinal Sins as a team, your contribution will be distributed evenly toward the fundraising goals of each of the rider Sins. Thanks so much for helping us raise funds and for your thoughts and prayers in the process.
