We’ve had a wonderful run of weather lately for cycling. In addition to my regular 30 mile bike commute to work I also got in a nice recovery ride with my daughter. A recovery ride is a nice slow ride that just keeps your muscles loose. When you ride almost every day you get really stiff if you don’t ride!
On Sunday I took a ride out to Nantasket Beach where I met my family for a day on the beach. The funny thing about the ride to Nantasket was that it was in the middle of the day. I’m not used to riding in the heat of the afternoon!
