- Download, print and mail in the PDF FORMAT DONATION FORM

MAKING AN ONLINE DONATION
Making an online donation is secure, fast and easy to do. You simply select a Rider or Crew Member to sponsor and then enter your donation information. You can pay for your donation using your credit card. After you submit your donation, we will send you a confirmation by email. Your donation shows up immediately in the Rider or Crew Members fundraising goal.

If you prefer to make a donation by mail, please download and print the Harbor to the Bay Donation Form to sponsor a Rider or Crew Member. You can pay for your donation using Visa, MasterCard or a check. Mail the form to:
